Thank you for shopping with Breezy Co Designs! We take great pride in the quality of our custom merchandise, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom Merchandise Disclaimer Due to the personalized nature of custom merchandise, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items unless they are defective or damaged during transit. Please double-check all order details (such as text, design, colors, and size) before submitting your order.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be asked to provide photos of the damaged or defective product for verification.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item (e.g., the wrong design, size, or color), please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with a description of the issue and photos of the incorrect item.

3. Refunds

  • Eligible Refunds: Refunds will only be issued for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and verify the issue, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process once we have received the returned item.

4. Non-Refundable Items Custom orders that have been correctly fulfilled according to your specifications, including personalized designs, names, and other customizations, are non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before submission.

5. Cancellations You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if the production process has not already begun. After this period, cancellations are not possible as production will have started.
