Shipping/Pick Up Policy

Thank you for choosing Breezy Co Designs for your custom merchandise! We take great pride in creating quality, personalized products just for you. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy so you know what to expect when it comes to delivery.

1. Processing Time

Since all of our items are made-to-order, please allow 7-14 business days for production before your order is shipped or available for pick up. Customization can take additional time depending on the complexity of the design, so please plan accordingly.

2. Local Pick Up

You will receive a notification once your order is complete and an address for pick up. It is your responsibility to communicate the day/time you would like to pick up so your order can be available for you!

3. Delivery

At this time, free delivery is available to all employees of the BAPS School District. Please indicate your school or office site in the comment section at checkout!

4. Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen.

Please note delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the number of items purchased. 

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

7. Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at amy@breezycodesigns.com to make the necessary changes.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. However, if you suspect that an issue occurred while the package was with us, please reach out and we'll do our best to resolve it.

9. Rush Orders

If you need your custom item delivered sooner than our usual processing times, please contact us before placing your order to discuss rush order options. We will do our best to accommodate urgent requests based on availability.

10. Returns and Exchanges

As our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. For more information, please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy].
